Data - Spreadsheet

This tool is validating Static Data spreadsheets according to validation rules established by FE fundinfo. In addition, it takes into consideration rules set up by the openfunds standard.

• Your file is valid? Congratulations, you can submit your file by using the agreed transmission method.
• Your file is partially valid? Please keep in mind that not all data will be processed.
• Your file contains suspicious values? Kindly review the respective suspicious values. In case the data is correct, there is no further action required from your side, but our team might reach out to you to reconfirm in some cases.
• Your file contains warnings? Your data will be processed, but keep in mind there may be a loss of data due to the warnings. We recommend taking the required corrective actions as soon as possible to prevent any incorrect processing. If the data is correct, there is no further action required from your side.
• Your file is not valid? Please make the required corrections until you get a positive result. Please consult the validation rules for further details. In addition, please take into consideration the specific requirements for each data field.

Validation Result

The openfunds standard is developing very fast. New versions of the standard contain new identifiers and sometimes changes to existing identifiers or complete replacements of fields. We strive to constantly upgrade our database to always be compliant with the latest openfunds field list (https://www.openfunds.org/fieldmenu/fields/). If data fields we collect are 'no longer supported' according to a new version of openfunds, we investigate if there can be a rule implemented to convert these fields into the corresponding new fields. We highly recommend upgrading your system to the latest openfunds standard as well.
